IFC is showing a week-long six-part documentary on the legendary comedy troupe's career. Features countless hours of footage and interviews with surviving members Terry Jones, Michael Palin, John Cleese, Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam and the female-Python Carol Cleveland. As well as testimonials from Tim Roth, Russell Brand, Dan Aykroyd, Bruce Dickinson, Jimmy Fallon and Simon Pegg.

The group discusses their beginnings on The Frost Report, At Last The 1948 Show and Do Do Not Adjust Your Set. The latter featured The Bonzo Dog Band of which future Rutle Neil Innes was a member.

I've been a fan of Monty Python's Flying Circus since I was a child. So, basically before I could even get all of the jokes. Needless to say - the humor still holds up. The documentary is the onlt place you'll see everyone (including archival interviews with the late Graham Chapman) discussing all - or should I say most - aspects of their career. Including the Monty Python's Flying Circus series, as well as the films And Now for Something Completely Different, Monty Python And The Holy Grail, Monty Python's Life Of Brian, Monty Python Live At The Hollywood Bowl and Monty Python's The Meaning Of Life.

If you are a fan of the Pythons, or even just an admirer, this documentary is a must.
